Testing the new Sony A7RIII - putting it through its paces - on a winters day up Cadair Idris mountain.

What better way to spend a cold January day than to grab your gear, meet a friend, and head up a mountain to blow away any cobwebs.

I went with my friend Alice - an awesome photographer and filmmaker (@gingeralice) to test out a load of new gear we had, notably the Sony A7RIII. I shot the following images and footage mainly on my Canon 5D Mark IV with a 35mm Samyang manual lens, but I can’t wait to see how her film turns out.
